Hot Stone Massage

This is a great treatment for the autumn and winter months.

Cold weather causes muscles to lose more heat and contract which can cause tightness throughout the body, this can result in increased soreness. If you’re looking for a treatment to warm the muscle that is also stress-relieving a hot stone massage may be the treatment you are looking for.

The hot stone massage uses a combination of grapeseed oil and natural stones in a bid to ease muscle tension, improve circulation and promote wellbeing. Hot stone massage is thought to be helpful in treating all sorts of muscular injuries, aches, and pains – and can even benefit people who suffer from multiple sclerosis or fibromyalgia.

There are some medical conditions where it may not be possible to carry out treatment, which is why a full consultation is carried out before commencing. This also allows the treatment to be tailored to your own needs.

If you have any serious medical conditions or take medication, it is advisable to check with your doctor before making an appointment.
