Holistic/Swedish Massage

Uses a variety of specially developed techniques to ease tension, aching and stiffness in all the different muscle groups of the body.

Facials & Facial Acupressure

Addresses many levels, including toning muscles, energy balance and flow, specific point remedies, general wellness, skin tone and circulation

Deep Tissue

Uses many of the same movements and techniques as Swedish massage, but the pressure will generally be more intense

Initial Consultation

During your first treatment, a full consultation will be completed to understand your lifestyle, medical and personal details. Any contraindications will be assessed and any treatments adapted accordingly. For a Sports Massage both a postural assessment and further testing will be conducted to understand the current range of movement to understand which muscles need to be addressed, so a specific treatment plan can be devised.

Aftercare advice will be given to help prolong the positive effects of the massage. Stretches may be advised to help the muscle recover and improve. Further aftercare is available on this website.

Cancellation Policy

Please give 24 hours’ notice if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment. Cancellations within 24 hours will incur a 50% treatment charge.

Gift Vouchers
